Chair's Report for January 13th, 2024 cancelled meeting combined with this February 10th's meeting:

On December 9th - I chaired the 2nd CD's Zoom meeting

On December 12th - I participated in the Michigan Democratic Party's monthly Chairs meeting

On December 15th - I worked for a few hours updating the 2nd CD website

On December 16th - I was invited to attend the 4th CD's monthly meeting. They are well organized and ready for the 2024 Convention.

On December 18th - I attended a virtual series which had U.S. Senator Debbie Stabenow, Governor Whitmer, Lt. Gov. Gilchrist, Speaker Joe Tate and MDP Chair Lavora Barnes. 

On January 2, 2024 - I updated the website and emailed the zoom link to Secretary Raddatz.

On January 9th - I participated in the Michigan Democratic Party's monthly Chairs meeting.

On January 12th - I updated the agenda and other tabs on the 2nd CD Website.

On January 13th - We cancelled our January meeting due to a BIG ice storm that knocked out power to many of of members.

On January 29th - I put together the zoom link with the calendar and forward it to Secretary Peggy R.
 
February 10th - Chaired the 2nd CD in-person meeting with special guest speakers Benjamin Orjada who is the chair of the Young Democratic Party will introduce U.S Senate Candidate Leslie Love. We will also have Candidate for Congress Michael Lynch who will also speak.
